The particular recipe that you will see below was given to me by my mom and also found here. It is so very good and so very easy. I also served steamed asparagus and Uncle Ben's Wild Rice with it. Needless to say, both Travis and I won the clean plate award and I have a feeling that you will too...

"Opa Chicken"...make sure to say "Opa" a lot when you a preparing and then of course eating..
(Ingredients & Directions below)
What you'll need:

boneless skinless chicken breasts -
- 1
5 ounce container 0% plain Greek yogurt -
- 1/2
cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese -
- 1
teaspoon seasoning salt -
- 1
teaspoon garlic powder -
- 1/2
teaspoon ground black pepper
Cooking directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
- Spread over chicken breasts. Bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is browned. Serve immediately.
